Peptide Vaccines

Biomedical Informatics has developed software tools to design vaccines and diagnostic markers. We apply software models to investigate protein antigens for designing novel short peptide vaccines. Software solutions are used in our pipeline of vaccine candidate design and development. We have extensive expertise in the development of immunogenic epitope software to design peptide vaccine candidates for both CD8+ (T-cell cytotoxic) and CD4+ specific antigen peptides from bacterial and viral proteome. Biomedical Informatics is positioned with scientific, financial, and regulatory challenges faced by the healthcare industry to apply technology know-how at every step from design to execution and to FDA application. We are investigating solutions for HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Type 1 diabetes and Flu.
